Cabinet for fireplace painted and ready for installing the electric fireplace

The quarter round was the fussiest to paint

Moving 14ft casings and baseboards up the stairs was a challenge. We wound up taking them out the patio, throught he main entrance and up 1/2 flight!

Bathroom vanity is complete with counter top!

Half bath vanity has counter and working sink!

Granitek sink for kitchen is going to be gorgeous once framed by the backsplash!

The additional counterspace will make for a more funcational kitchen.

Full counter on the other side of the galley kitchen

Stringers painted!

Doors hung!

Second coat of paint applied!

The ceiling is enclosed!!

Kitchen is no longer “open beam”! WAHOO!
We are coming down the home stretch. This week there has been much more noticeable development.
The ceiling is finally closed in a mudded.
The stringers on the stairwells are painted.
We have got the counter tops installed with sinks and faucets.
All the trim is painted ready for install.
The room doors have been hung with the 2nd coat of paint applied.
The special DIY cabinet project for the fireplace has been painted and ready to install the electric fireplace!
Maybe…. 2 more weeks????
